DAVID
GILLIVER

Based in his studio in the heart of the Poulsbo, WA, David has spent over two decades mastering the art of wood working. His philosophy is simple: he doesn't design the wood; he listens to it.

"Every piece of wood has a story written in its grain—years of growth, seasons of change, and the unique history of the tree it came from. My job is to peel back the layers and let that story be told."

His work is characterized by organic forms, tactile surfaces, and a deep respect for the material. David's bowls and platters are found in the homes of collectors and those who appreciate the quiet luxury of true craftsmanship.
